How do I find my boat
Advertisements?
uSold.com makes all information very accessible to
you, logging into your control center will give
you access to all sorts of information and stats,
including some of the advertised locations of
your item. This is all possible only after your
custom web page has been built and approved for
advertising.
On
some of my listings - the item location is different
then my own - why?
Some of our network sites require
the item to be listed under a dealership or brokerage.
We therefore have to list your item under one
of our dealerships which may not be in your exact
geographical area. We find that this often offers
you much more exposure on these sites, than listing
as an individual. THERE IS NO BROKERAGE FEE.
I need to make some changes
to my advertisement, what is the process?
Very simple, you may log-in
to your control center at any time and make any
change necessary for your item. Please keep in
mind, since many of the advertisements reside
on other web sites, it may take some time for
the changes to recourse throughout the network.
I built my ad, but my item is not showing up, what's going on?
Please make sure that you have
approved your listing for advertisement on step
5 in your control center. For your personal satisfaction
and the protection of your information, we will
not advertise your item until you have approved,
and are completely satisfied with your listing.
How do I contact uSold.com?
uSold.com support team is very well versed in all issues that may arise, however they are only reachable via email at support@uSold.com
We want you to expose your item as much as possible, and so we recommend uploading the video to a popular service like you tube, and then copying the embed code to the specified location in step 3 of your control center. Why doesn't my email address show up on my listing?
We take great care of our customers and want to
protect you from potential spam and junk mail;
for this reason we have devised a system in which
the customers can email you directly from your
page using a quick form. Your email will not be
exposed nor vulnerable to attacks while advertising
through uSold.com
I
want to sell my item fast, do you have any ideas?
YES!!! We want you to sell
your item as fast as possible too. We recommend
uploading as many photos as possible, and stating
as much information about your item as possible,
and as accurately as you can, we will do the rest!
How do I retrieve my password? Please contact us using the
form to your left.
Policies and Guarantees
How
do I get my money back? Applies to customers
who purchased the Platinum Package before June
1st, 2009 ONLY.
When you buy a package that
has a Money-Back guarantee, you are eligible for
the promised reimbursement only after your listing
period has expired (90 days from the date of approval).
The process, however, is very simple; just go
to http://www.uSold.com/refundrequest.pdf
to download the refund form, mail it in within
the specified timeframe, and allow for 15 - 30

noticed a setup fee on the platinum package -
what is that for? Applies to customers
who purchased the Platinum Package before June
1st, 2009 ONLY.
Our platinum package includes many features and premium
listings which require a setup fee, this setup
fee is non-refundable and is not covered by any
Money-Back guarantees.
I forgot to send
in my refund form - and the due date has passed,
can I still get my Money Back? Applies
to customers who purchased the Platinum Package
before June 1st, 2009 ONLY.
Unfortunately after the due date has passed, we are
not able to refund any monies.
The Money-Back department has an average turnaround
time of 15-30 days.
