By listing your personal property (“ITEM”)
for sale through uSold.com TM, you acknowledge that and
agree that: (a) you are 18 years or older; (b) the ITEM
you are listing for sale is in your possession and owned
solely by you; (c) you have the sole and absolute right
to transfer the advertised ITEM's title to the purchaser;
(d) all taxes on the ITEM which are due and payable have
been paid; (e) the ITEM is not the subject of any legal
proceeding or tax sale, either pending or completed; (f)
you are willing to sell the advertised ITEM at the price
and on the terms specified in your listing; (g) upon selling
or otherwise making your ITEM unavailable for buyers,
you will contact uSold.com® by email to request the removal
of your listing; (h) you will owe uSold.com® for your
listing, even if you fail to sell your vehicle or are
dissatisfied with uSold.com®; (i) you will properly identify
yourself as either an "Individual Seller" or a "Dealer"
(a "Dealer" is any individual or entity that is in the
business of selling ITEMs or who has had 4 or more ITEMs
for sale on the uSold.com® site within the previous 12
months of the listing start date; anyone that does not
meet the definition of a Dealer is an "Individual Seller");
(j) if your listing includes a material error, you will
contact uSold.com® customer service as soon as that error
is discovered (e.g., through a typographical error, or
misinformation) and uSold.com® shall determine, in its
sole discretion, whether such changes will be permitted;
(k) you will not use the uSold.com® site, including without
limitation your listing, for any fraudulent, false, misleading
or deceptive activity; (l) all content and information
that you provide to uSold.com® is truthful, accurate and
complete; and (m) you have the full right, title and interest
in and to all content, photos and other material that
you provide to, or post on, uSold.com®; (n) photos provided
for the listing will only show the ITEM listed for sale
and may not include under any circumstances people, animals,
or other objects not part of the ITEM. uSold.com® reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any listing
or photo, without notice and without liability or providing
a refund, that does not meet the requirements of these
Terms & Conditions, uSold.com®'s website Terms of Service,
uSold.com®'s policies, or if uSold.com® otherwise determines
or believes, in uSold.com®'s sole and exclusive discretion,
that your listing or any photo or other content you provided
is inappropriate for any legal, business, technical or
other reason.
uSold.com® reserves the right to modify
these Terms and Conditions at any time.
IF ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR STATEMENTS
MADE ARE NOT TRUE AND ACCURATE OR IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY
WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITONS, THE 6 MONTH MONEY
BACK GUARANTEE* DOES NOT APPLY.

Refund Policy
uSold.com® does not provide refunds for
ad listings after 24 hours of purchase except under the
following circumstances: (a) if you mistakenly purchased
(either through the uSold.com® site or through one of
uSold.com®'s newspaper or broadcast affiliates) a duplicate
listing for the same ITEM and both appear on the uSold.com®
site at the time of your request; (b) if for some reason
after reviewing our web site you feel that are unsatisfied
with the services we provide. In order to be eligible
to receive a refund under this circumstances, you must
contact uSold.com® accounting department at accounting@usold.com,
or inquire via our web site, to request a refund for your
purchase. All refund requests must include your name,
address, e-mail address, ad ID, ITEM description, the
last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the
listing, and the reasons you are requesting a refund.
These requests should be received by our office within
48 hours of purchase. All sales are fully earned after
48 hours from purchase. No refunds will be provided after
the 48 hours of purchase (unless eligible for Money Back
Guarantee as explained in the Money Back Guarantee section).
uSold.com® further reserves the right to make refunds
at any time in its sole and absolute discretion but is
not obligated to do so. Please allow 10-15 business days
for refund processing time. uSold.com® is not responsible
for refund requests that are not timely received in accordance
with this policy for any reason, including without limitation,
Web congestion, addressing mistakes, computer or Internet
downtime, or requests submitted by phone, postal mail,
or any other manner not expressly provided for in this
policy. If you have any questions about this refund policy,
please contact us through our e-mail contact form. uSold.com®
reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any
time.
